The traditional definition of progress has come to be replaced by a more comprehensive view which encompasses notions of quality of life, the value of relationships, equity and social responsibility.
The recognition of the interconnectedness of people allows for a wider view of what self interests, corporate interests and national interests entail.
In the El Sayed Foundation we recognize the interrelation between people, groups, nations, industries, markets and environments, which requires us to take a “big picture” view to grasp the dynamics that affect the complexities of the societies of our region.
